Use a flexible tailor's tape measure while wearing lightweight technical base layers. Keep tape snug against the body without pinching the skin.

ANATOMICAL REFERENCE POINTS A – G

Wrap the tape horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, directly across the nipples and under both armpits. Stand tall with arms relaxed at your sides and breathe naturally. Do not puff your chest or tense your lats.

Measure around your waistline approximately 5 cm (2 inches) below your navel. Maintain a normal posture with a fully relaxed abdomen. Motorcycle racing suits sit higher at the waist to prevent bunching in the attack tuck.
