Overview & specifications

Winter Motorcycle Pure leather Jacket Women

The Winter Motorcycle Pure leather Jacket Women is built for the part of the year when a light jacket stops being enough. It uses real leather on the outside and a warm lining on the inside, so it holds heat without turning into a bulky coat. The cut follows a classic biker shape — a front zip that runs all the way up, a stand collar you can close against wind, and zipped pockets that keep your hands and phone out of the cold. If you have been looking for a women's winter leather jacket that works on a bike and still looks right walking into a restaurant, this is the one to start with.

  • Material: Real cowhide leather shell with a quilted warm lining
  • Fit: Regular biker fit, slightly shaped at the waist
  • Closure: Full front YKK-style zip with snap-down collar tab
  • Color: Black
  • Care: Wipe with a dry cloth, condition twice a year, never machine wash

What this jacket is made for

This is a cold-weather jacket first. The lining is quilted rather than thin polyester, which means it traps a layer of warm air instead of just covering the leather. Riders use it through autumn and most of winter; people who do not ride wear it the same way they would wear a heavy coat, with a jumper underneath. The leather blocks wind almost completely, which is the part most fabric jackets get wrong. Because the shell is real hide and not a coated fabric, it also handles light rain without soaking through, though it should be dried flat and never near a heater.

The design keeps things practical. The collar stands up on its own and closes with a snap tab, so you are not fighting a floppy collar at speed. The cuffs zip, which lets you tighten them over gloves or open them up over a thicker sleeve. There is nothing decorative here that does not also do a job.

Leather and construction

We use real cowhide for this jacket because it is the hide that stands up to weather and time. Cowhide is thicker and denser than lambskin, so it resists scuffing and holds its shape through years of wear. It starts firm and softens as you use it — after a few months the jacket moves with you rather than against you, and the creases that form at the elbows and waist become part of how it looks.

Seams are stitched with heavy polyester thread and the high-stress points — shoulder joins, pocket corners, the base of the zip — are reinforced. The main zip is a metal tooth zip rather than a light plastic one, because a jacket you open and close every day is only as good as its zip. Inside, the quilted lining is stitched panel by panel so it does not shift or bunch after washing weather. There is an inside pocket for a wallet or phone.

Fit and how to wear it

The fit is a regular biker cut with a small amount of shaping through the waist, so it reads as a women's jacket rather than a unisex box. Sleeves are set for a slightly bent-arm position, which is comfortable both on a bike and off it. If you plan to wear a hoodie or thick jumper underneath through winter, take your normal size — the jacket already has room built in for a layer. If you want it close over a shirt only, go one size down.

Styling is simple. Jeans and boots is the default and it always works. Over a dress with ankle boots it gives the outfit some edge without looking like costume. In black it goes with everything, which is why most buyers start there. For a lighter, softer alternative, look at our Women Leather Jackets range.

Sizes and made to order

Every jacket is made to order. We do not keep a warehouse of pre-cut stock, which means your jacket is cut and stitched after you place the order and to the size you choose. Standard sizes run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, and there is a Custom option if none of those match your measurements. For custom, send your chest, waist, sleeve length and back length after checkout and we will build to those numbers.

Made to order takes a little longer than shipping something off a shelf, but it is the reason the fit is better and the reason we can offer honest pricing — we are not paying to store stock that may never sell. Shipping is free worldwide and checkout is secure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this jacket made from real leather?

Yes. The shell is real cowhide leather. It is not faux leather or a coated fabric.

Is it warm enough for winter?

It is lined with a quilted warm lining and the leather blocks wind, so it handles autumn and most winter conditions. In very cold climates you would add a jumper underneath.

Can I wear this while riding?

Many customers do. It is a fashion biker jacket rather than certified protective gear, so it has no armour pockets or CE armour included.

How do I pick my size?

Take your normal size if you plan to layer underneath. Go one size down for a close fit over a shirt. If you are between sizes, choose Custom and send us your measurements.

How long does a made-to-order jacket take?

The jacket is cut and stitched after you order. Production plus free shipping typically takes a couple of weeks; you will get tracking as soon as it leaves.

How should I care for it?

Wipe with a dry cloth after wet weather and let it dry away from direct heat. Use a leather conditioner twice a year. Never machine wash or dry clean it.

Can I get a colour other than black?

Black is the standard colour for this style. Message us before ordering if you want a different shade and we will tell you what is possible.
