Introducing the Kensington Café Racer Jacket by Moto Lords
Our take on the classic café racer style, the Kensington is a tribute to Toronto, Ontario's famous Jewish market, located just a stone's throw away from the Moto Lords atelier. Inspired by the tunic-style jackets from both English and American fashion of the 1950s, the Kensington proudly incorporates uniquely Canadian design elements, including a prominent 1930s-style back panel.
The essence of the Kensington Café Racer is its simplicity and efficacy. What truly sets it apart is the use of organic, hand-drawn patterns, lending this jacket its iconic and distinctive appearance.
At Moto Lords, meticulous attention to fit is paramount in every design. The Kensington is no exception, as it is carefully crafted to ensure full arm movement without the need for a bi-swing back. This is achieved by skillfully introducing flexibility into the pattern behind the shoulders. The result is a V-shaped gusset that forms over the belt buckle, providing a full range of motion, allowing you to move freely without compromise.
The Kensington Café Racer Jacket is a harmonious blend of style, cultural heritage, and practicality, embodying the craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines Moto Lords. Make a statement with this exceptional piece and experience both comfort and authenticity in your style.
Size & fit
Measure your chest or bust at the fullest point, natural waist, shoulder width and sleeve length. Allow for the clothing you plan to wear underneath when discussing fit.
Use a flexible measuring tape. Keep measurements in one unit: centimetres or inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Enter the unit selected in the custom-size form.
How to take body measurements
Ask another person to help. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. Record your body measurements without adding extra room.

- 6 — Waist: around the natural waistline.
- 7 — Hips: around the fullest part.
- 15 — Sleeve: from shoulder to wrist with the elbow slightly bent.
